I’ve been married to my husband for almost 20 years and I feel like this book finally explained everything to me! You always hear that phrase” guys are simple” but still never quite sure what they mean by that but this book explained it I feel like I understand everything now! Thanks for writing this!

Overall, I sincerely enjoyed this book. It definitely opened my eyes to A LOT of things I do that push my partner away. Things so simple, like demanding needs be met vs. asking/requesting. However, I wish the author touched a little more on how to communicate the request for needs a little better. Maybe more examples of sentences of what you could say. I would recommend this book to someone struggling in their relationship that feels their S/O is being distant and you’re yearning for the reconnection. I’m hoping that with my notes I took throughout the book, I can show/communicate to my partner that I understand him on a better/deeper level thanks to the help of this book!

I NEVER rate books EVER. This one is awful and caveman-like. I agree with the other reviews that have given this book low ratings. Yeesh not sure how I finished it. I am questioning if the author had someone to proofread or say “yeah this is uhm a confusing thought that is unfinished”

I think this book had a lot of good points, but the grammatical and spelling errors really had the opposite effect of trusting the sources. It’s a quick read so I definitely did learn new things that I will utilize in my life.
